HGV and car crash on major road in North Yorkshire
A HGV and a car crashed on a major road in North Yorkshire early this morning due to snow and ice on the road.
A fire crew was called to the collision on the A59 at Blubberhouses at 12.30am.
Everyone was out of the vehicles when the crew arrived.
A North Yorkshire fire service spokesman said: "This was a low speed collision due to snow and ice on road."
