LETTER: Salvation Army carol event raised £6,558
THE Salvation Army would like to thank the people of York and visitors to the city for their generosity towards us while we were playing carols and collecting in the town centre on Saturdays in December. A total of £6,558.76 was raised.
The proceeds of these collections help towards our work in the community.
