TIME is running out for men to book themselves onto a 10-week health and fitness course.
Led by City of York Council’s YorWellbeing service in partnership with York City Knights, 90 minute physical activity sessions and workshops on changing lifestyles will take place at York St John University sports park, from 7.30pm on Wednesday, January 17, and run every Wednesday until March 21.
