Pedestrian hurt in collision with car in York city centre
A PEDESTRIAN has been taken to hospital with suspected minor injuries after a collision with a car in York city centre.
The collision, in Piccadilly, was reported to North Yorkshire Police at about 9.10am today.
A spokeswoman for the force said the female pedestrian is believed to have suffered minor arm and abdominal injuries.
She has been taken to hospital for a check-up, the spokeswoman added.
