YORK Dungeon has marked its 10 Days Of Torture by teaming up with Luxury Ice-Cream Company (LICC) to create three new flavours, inspired by the city’s most infamous resident, Guy Fawkes.
Launched at York's LICC on the day of Bonfire Night, the “explosive” flavours are Bonfire Toffee, Death By Chocolate and Gunpowder. During the 10 Days Of Torture, dungeon visitors can discover what drove Guy Fawkes to conspire to destroy Parliament, before learning about the tortures he endured. Those who say the secret password “Gunpowder” on arrival will gain entry for £10 but only until November 14.
