LANDLORDS in York are being offered special training on tenancy deposit schemes.
Staff from tenant deposit protection scheme TDS will be visiting York to host training workshops for landlords and property professionals.
The first session will take place on October 11, and will help landlords anticipate and prevent problems that frequently arise at the beginning of tenancies. The second event is on November 15, covering adjudication when disputes arise.
