A HARROGATE-based coach who specialising in self-confidence is to donate the proceeds from his next programme to the town's homeless project.

Stuart Pearson, who has worked in the field for nearly 30 years, is inviting people to sign up for the sessions, which begin in October, with all monies raised going to the Harrogate Homeless Project.

He said: “I live in Harrogate and want to give something back. I’m coming up to 70 years of age and would like to leave a worthwhile legacy.

“I have seen so many people whose lives have been blighted by a lack of self-confidence. I know that, when we have faith in ourselves, we can focus on positive emotions such as courage, composure, balance and level-headedness to counteract the fear that promotes a lack of motivation, indecision and procrastination.”

The programme, called How to Create Real Self-Confidence, runs for 35 days starting with a one-day seminar on Friday, October 20 at the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate, with a webinar for those unable to attend at 7pm on the same day.

The course costs £97, visit www.thetransformationalcoach.com for details.
