Any citizen from any country would concur, it is just a shame the politicians are not on the same wavelength.

In the 21st century there is no need for nations to live in each other’s pockets.

Independence, instant communication available between heads of state, freedom of choice etc, far outweighs being controlled and dominated by an overpowering, unelected, expensive bureaucracy, whose appreciation of common sense is zero, while being completely out of touch with public opinion throughout the continent.
