FIREFIGHTERS were called out after a fire was left unattended in North Yorkshire.
A crew from Easingwold responded to a report of a fire seen from the A19, in the vicinity of Husthwaite, near Easingwold, at about 10.35pm yesterday.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival this was found to be controlled burning left unattended, advice given."
