THE WEDDING of Nicolas Edward Ashwood and Jennifer Rachael Mellor took place at St Cuthbert’s Church, Burton Fleming.
The groom is the son of John and Valerie Ashwood from Toronto, Canada, and the bride is the daughter of Thomas and Gillian Mellor, owners of the Wold Top Brewery and Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, at Hunmanby Grange Farm, Driffield.
The best man was Simon Smith and Katherine Mellor was the bridesmaid.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Hunmanby Grange Farm.
The couple had their own beer for the wedding and were driven from the church in a 1951 Bentley R Type, loaned from Burton Agnes Hall.
They will live in Kennington, London, and will enjoy a honeymoon in South Africa later this year.
