TRAFFIC lights were all out at three busy junctions in York this morning.
Lights stopped working at the Micklegate, Skeldergate and Bridge Street crossroads, but they are now working again.
Lights at the junction of Bootham, Gillygate and St Leonard's Place were also out, but are back on. Scaffolding has collapsed onto Gillygate, and the road was closed but has now re-opened.
In addition, lights were out at the junction of Tadcaster Road and St Helen's Road but are now working.
There was also a "timing issue" with the traffic lights at the Hospital Fields junction on the A19 Fulford Road, but this has now been resolved and the lights are working as normal.
