VILLAGERS in Bulmer will be opening their gardens to the public this bank holiday weekend.
The open gardens event will take place on Sunday and Monday, from 1pm to 5pm.
There will also be an extensive plant stall, as well as cream teas at the village hall.
Michael Burrows, one of
the organisers, said: “It is four years since we last held an open gardens event and we will have a number of village gardens open glowing with flowers, shrubs, rockeries and garden
ponds, all within walking distance.
“The village’s ancient church will also be open with some beautiful flower arrangements on display.
“These wonderful gardens are not to be missed.”
All proceeds will be donated to the village hall improvement fund.
Admission is £5, with accompanied children free.
Tickets are £5 and available from the village hall where a map and guide will also be available.
