A CHIPPY has picked up another award - only seven months after they first opened.

The Scrap Box, in Hull Road, Dunnington, has been recognised with a National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) Fish and Chip Quality Award, weeks after being named in the Fry Magazine’s Best 50 Fish and Chip Takeaways of 2017.

The Quality Award identifies fish and chip shops that serve the highest quality fish and chips following a thorough assessment of the premises, equipment, food and hygiene standards.
