A VACANCY for a councillor in Driffield Town Council’s west ward has become available.
A by-election will be held if 10 electors of the town council write to the chief executive of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
If this does not take place Driffield Town Council will be informed that it may fill the vacancy with members who have expressed an interest in joining the authority.
