UPDATED - York school shut today because of heating problem
A YORK school will reopen on Tuesday after heating problems were fixed.
Joseph Rowntree School in Haxby Road, New Earswick, was closed today because a fault with the heating system meant the buildings had no hot water.
The school apologised for the inconvenience caused by the closure, but this afternoon announced the problem had been fixed and the school would reopen as normal on Tuesday.
