THREE students from a school in York are celebrating after they received offers to study at Oxbridge universities.
Harriet Thompson, Beth Molloy and Flora Bowen, from Bootham School, have each been offered places at Oxford and Cambridge.
Harriet has an open offer to study Earth Sciences at Oxford, Beth has been offered a place at Newnham College, Cambridge where she will study Biological and Natural Sciences, and Flora is aiming for Clare College Cambridge to study Modern and Medieval Languages.
Richard Burton, head of years 12 and 13 at the college said: "The girls have done so well and we are sure they will go on to great things after leaving Bootham."
