Harrogate Hospital nurse and support worker receive award
A NEW awards scheme celebrating the successes and achievements of an NHS staff trust has recognised its first winners.
The first Making a Difference Awards were handed to nurse Angelina Bolton and care support worker Kelly Toole, from Granby Ward at Harrogate District Hospital.
The pair were nominated because they have been fundraising for a much needed relatives’ room on Granby ward.
In their own time they have organised a table top sale and race night to raise the funds.
