A BURGLAR is being hunted by police so they can send him back to prison.
People are being asked to look out for Scott Stephen Watson, 27, who was released from jail in March after serving a 12 month sentence for burgling a house in Lowdale Avenue, in November 2013.
North Yorkshire Police said Watson breached his prison release licence after he was arrested and charged after allegedly stealing food from shops in August and September.
He is due to appear at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on 10 October in relation to these offences.
Watson is described as white, 5ft 7in tall, short dark-brown hair, blue eyes, with a medium build.
As well as the Eastfield area of Scarborough and Ryedale, Watson also has links in Middlesbrough.
