Beverley Magistrates Court
A MAN who stored building materials and vehicle parts in his garden has received a 12-month conditional discharge and has been ordered to pay costs of nearly £1,280.
Alan Creaser, of Millfield Close, Wilberfoss in East Yorkshire, between Pocklington and York, pleaded guilty at Beverley Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with an Untidy Land Notice issued by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
The land was not tidied in the time allowed, despite numerous warnings of the consequences and court action was taken as a last resort.
