A MAN has appeared at York Crown Court charged with supplying Class A drugs to musician Liam Miller.
Mr Miller was stabbed to death by his friend Sam Donley in Acomb, York on July 27 last year after both had taken an LSD-type drug.
Kieron Turley pleaded not guilty to supplying the Class A drug 25i-NBOMe, known as N-bomb, to Mr Miller between June 12 and 24 last year when he appeared today.
Turley, 20, of Malden Road, Liverpool, was bailed to reappear at the same court for a further hearing on Monday, April 25.
Mr Miller, of Terrington, died on July 27 after Donley, 20, had stabbed him at his home in Hamilton Drive West, Acomb, in a psychotic episode. Donley is currently serving a prison sentence of six years and eight months for manslaughter, which he admitted.
The drug is also known as 24i, INB-MeO, N-bomb, Smiles, Mr Happy, Solaris and Cimbi-5.
