A WOMAN was allegedly struck by a car which failed to stop in York this morning.
North Yorkshire Police said the incident happened in Bootham at about 10.30am outside Bootham Park Hospital.
A spokesman said a car struck a 29-year-old female pedestrian, injuring her leg, but the vehicle failed to stop.
