CHRISTMAS came early for children at a North Yorkshire Nursery when three reindeer visited.
Youngsters at Puddleducks Children's Nursery in Sand Hutton enjoyed petting and feeding the animals who came from The Reindeer House in York.
Nursery owner Sarah Kelly said: "We often have different visitors to the nursery as it is good for our children to have a wide range of experiences.
"The children absolutely loved seeing the reindeer, they were very popular.
"Their visit just helps us bring Christmas to life for our children and adds to the magic. Their faces were a picture.
"Our parents really appreciate us going the extra mile for their children."
