A64 delays after crash
POLICE and ambulance crews were this afternoon called to the scene of a crash on the A64 close to the A1 junction.
The road was not closed, but the two vehicle collision on the westbound carriage way worsened delays on the already congested A64.
The fire brigade was called around 3.15pm and attended, but crews reported no persons trapped and said only minor injuries had been sustained in the collision.
