IT SEEMS that the Labour Candidate for outer York is following the strategy of his leader in that he is making pledges with not a hope in hell of them being deliverable by him.
I refer to his recent missive delivered, I assume, to all electors in York Outer where he quite clearly pledges to deliver the A1237 dual carriageway upgrade.
If he expects us to believe that, he really is insulting the intelligence of the electorate.
