Driver trapped after serious crash in North Yorkshire
A DRIVER has died after getting trapped when the agricultural vehicle he was driving tipped over in the road.
The accident happened at Kirkby Knowle near Thirsk at about 10.15am today North Yorkshire Police were called after the agricultural vehicle, which was carrying hay bales, tipped over.
A force spokesman said that the driver, a man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who was in the Kirby Knowle area around the time of the incident is urged to contact the police with information on 101 quoting reference NYP-13032015-0126.
