HEALTHWATCH York has introduced a new online feedback centre to enable people to let them know about their experiences of health and social care services in York.
Giving feedback to Healthwatch York enables people to influence local health and social care services – hospitals, care homes, GP surgeries, home care services and many others.
Siân Balsom, Healthwatch York manager, said: “The new online feedback centre is accessible to everyone and means people can give quick, anonymous feedback – good and bad - on their experiences of their local dentist, doctor, hospital and any health or social care provider.
“We will use people’s information to influence decisions about health and social care.
“We will share anonymous comments with providers and ask how they will respond.
“The more people that let us know what they think of local services, the louder the voice of Healthwatch York becomes to influence how services are delivered.
