THESE pupils from Razzamataz York Inters group (nine-11 years) had an exciting afternoon with a trip to the recording studios at Access To Music College & The Jam Factory Recording studios in York.

The girls are gearing up for their performance in London at Her Majesty’s Theatre in the West End.

They are part of a larger group going on the trip. The girls were excited to have the chance to work in the studios, and see what it is like to record their vocals and of course to hear themselves sing.

Principal Angela Pickup said The Music College & The Jam Factory have been supportive and have provided all the studio time and staff completely free of charge, in order to help these children reach their goal of singing and performing to a huge audience in London.

Ms Pickup, whose daughter attends the college as a full-time student, said she was pleased to be working with another local business to help promote the performing arts & music in York.
