DON’T let anyone ever try to kid me that “British” isn’t best. This past week when my mobile phone went on the blink, I was given service beyond belief by the 02 phone shop in Selby.
It didn’t matter that my phone was well out of guarantee. A new sim card was fitted, etc, and hold your breath, it was all done free of charge.
Anyone else remember Walter Wilson Grocers of yesteryear? Their motto was “Service with a smile” and so it was, but they would have been hard pushed to compete with 02.
