OVER four weeks ago, I sent a card first-class from Haxby to Rawcliffe; it still has not arrived.
Even if there was not enough postage on the item, I would have thought Royal Mail could at least have put a card through at the delivery address for the card to be collectedand paid for.
I wasted £3 on a card and 60p on a stamp ., and it was disappointing for me and the intended recipient. What is the Royal Mail’s procedure in cases like this?
