KIRK William (Bill) of Sherburn Hill and formerly of Thornley and Hartlepool, on March 20, peacefully in St. Cuthbert’s Hospice, Durham after a short illness aged 84 years. Devoted husband of the late Edna, and a treasured father of Philip and father-in-law of Helen. Funeral to take place on Friday, April 4. Friends please meet for service at Sherburn Hill Methodist Chapel at 1.15pm, followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Research UK.
