CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 NORTH BANK ROAD COTTINGLEY BINGLEY TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 440) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near North Bank Road, Cottingley, Bingley has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of North Bank Road which extends between properties numbered 29 and 65. PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Vehicular access to premises will be permitted by arrangement with the Council or its agents who are undertaking the works. Alternative routes for vehicular trafficaffected by the Order will be available via North Bank Road (unaffected part), Cottingley Moor Road, Cottingley Cliffe Road, Stoney Ridge Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into effect on Saturday 29th March 2014 and remains in force for aperiod of approximately four months (although the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). Dated this 28th March 2014.
