Horns mystery
I HAVE become aware over recent months that train drivers on the York to Scarborough line are sounding their horns from morning to late evening, at intervals of about half an hour.
This occurs when they are passing the New Earswick sports field.
It is not an unpleasant noise, but I do wonder for whom the horn sounds.
