PLEASE may I thank all concerned in making the recent PIMMS & Pareos fundraising event in aid of Henshaws Society for Blind People such a huge success.
The generous support of Sheers Bliss UK of Knaresborough, the Restaurant Bar & Grill in Harrogate and Barclays Premier Banking Services resulted in a total of £4,445.
The event saw the breaking news of the proposed brand new Autism Centre to be built at Henshaws College.
Money raised by the volunteer fundraising committee throughout the year will go towards this new venture.
The volunteer committee will host a Gourmet Call My Bluff fine wine and food event on May 15 in the beautifully restored banking chamber of Barclays Bank and the fundraising year will conclude with Henshaws Golf Day on June 19 at Harrogate Golf Club.
