A FUNDRAISING event will be held next week to raise money for a local charity.
A raffle, auction, and live music performance will be held at York Tramways WMC on Friday, in support of Breathe Easy York.
The charity helps people with respiratory problems in the city, and the fundraising night will feature music from Eddie Vee as Elvis.
Dawn May has organised the event, and said: “We’re hoping to raise as much as we can. We don’t have a figure in mind, we’re just hoping people will give generously.”
Tickets cost £1 and are available on the door, and the event starts at 7.30pm.
