Holme-on-Spalding Moor gutted by fire
A flat in Holme-on-Spalding Moor was gutted after a pan of food left in the oven burst into flames.
Fire fighters wearing breathing gear fought the blaze in High Street, New Road, after the alarm was raised at 7.40pm on Monday night.
Humberside Fire Service said the pan had been left unattended and there was 100 per cent smoke damage to the home.
