REGARDING St Barnabas' School (Former school can be cleared, The Press, December 19). It's just a case of "another one bites the dust", yet another piece of our historical past demolished to be replaced by concrete rubbish.
The time has passed since real quality counted.
This is one of the buildings we stop and admire. The build quality today doesn't compare or deserve a second glance.
I doubt the new one will still be in as good a condition in 100 years' time. Save it.
