81-year-old motorist suffers serious injuries in B6271 crash
AN 81-year-old motorist suffered serious injuries in a crash on the B6271 Yafforth Road, near Northallerton, at about 3.50pm on Saturday.
She was taken to James Cook Hospital, Middlesbrough, where she remains in a stable condition.
The road was closed for about five hours after the crash.
