IN 2009 Huntington School was judged by Ofsted as good with outstanding features.
This year inspectors have rated it simply as good. Naturally this will disappoint some, but it’s important to remember that Oftsed reports are tougher these days.
Huntington remains one of York’s best schools and we agree with head teacher John Tomsett that it is on the cusp of becoming truly great.
