I SIMPLY wanted to say that after all the bad news, murders, crime, violence, cruelty, disease and sex in all its worst forms, what a delight it was to pick up The Press of December 12 and see the lovely little black kitten, Bluebell, safe in the loving arms of her new, kind owner after being rescued from his car engine and to read her surprising story.
How lucky they both were: him for finding a new pet and her for being able to look forward to a loving life with a new family.
Reading her story, which could have had such a different, tragic ending, really lifted my spirits. Please print more happy pictures! I am sure I am not the only one who mourns the loss of pleasant news nowadays.
