THE annual World Wildlife Fund’s Wildlife Enforcer of the Year Awards has been won by North Yorkshire Police’s PC John Wilbor.
PC Wilbor, who is based in Richmondshire, won the title for his work tackling wildlife crime and his work on the Border Watch scheme.
He said: “I am proud to receivee the award for something which I feel very passionate about. Wildlife crime is an interesting and challenging area of work.”
