POLICE have put out a fresh appeal to trace a missing York woman and say she may have recently changed her appearance.
Sharon Bolton, 47, was reported missing on October 31. Police think she now has short, spiky, red-brown hair rather than the curly, shoulder-length brown hair which fitted her description at the time she disappeared.
North Yorkshire Police said she is also now thought to be slimmer in the face than she appears in the picture released by the force. She may have frequently been at Leeds Station since her disappearance. She also often wears a Smurf-type hat.
Anybody who has seen a woman matching her description should phone the force control room on 101.
