A MAN was knocked unconscious after being punched in an attack in York city centre.
The 19-year-old victim also suffered a cut to the back of his head and swelling to his face when he was punched to the ground outside Tesco Express in Low Ousegate.
He was taken to York District Hospital where he received seven stitches before being discharged.
Officers have released this CCTV picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident – which happened at 3.15am on June 13 – and are urging anyone who recognises him to come forward.
