REGARDING the new gravel dressing on the A1237, I have been driving over the new road surface for a couple of weeks now. Is it just me or has the ‘dress’ fallen off?
There are tyre tracks down both sides that have worn down and exposed the old proper Tarmac underneath.
It was nice of the council to gravel the middle of the road and the edges for us, but I can’t help thinking it was all a waste of time and money.
All we need now is some cheap sprayed on white lines you can’t see in the dark.
