A LARGE-SCALE military history event is being held in York this weekend.
Battlegroup North – a historic military vehicle rally, wargaming and living history show – was taking place at the Yorkshire Air Museum in Elvington today and tomorrow.
A spokesman said: “This, year, the museum has taken the opportunity to add live jet and propeller aircraft into the mix.”
Today at 2.30pm there will be a flypast by a Dakota from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
