WE MUST have a second pension, consecutive governments have told us.
I have thanks to my hubby in the tax year April 2012 to April 2013. Thanks to that pension, HM Revenue and Customs deducted £561.60 tax.
I am informed April 2013 to April 2014 that this pension will cost me £626.40 tax. So I think I will have paid for my fuel all and my bus pass along with many others.
Retirement does not make us tax free.
Might I add, because of the second pension, myself and many others do not receive any benefits.
