Mel C wants to go on a road trip across America.
The singer has always been fascinated by the US and although she has visited the "land of opportunity" on many occasions while on tour with the Spice Girls she is ready to take a long vacation there.
She said: "One day I would like to take an extended road trip around the States but I don't think I would ever actually want to live there. I am a British girl through and through and as much as I love to travel I am always pleased to come home."
Mel - better known as Sporty Spice - always loves to go to New York because the city gives her a buzz like no other place.
But the 39-year-old musician - who has a four-year-old daughter Scarlet - thinks San Francisco is the coolest place Stateside.
Speaking to the Daily Express newspaper, she explained: "Being in New York is still a thrill as I always feel like I am on a film set. Chicago and Washington DC are incredible too. I love California: Los Angeles is so sunny and stylish and San Francisco has to be the coolest place on earth."
