EMERGENCY crews from North Yorkshire are currently dealing with two track-side fires on the Scarborough to York railway line.
The fires are understood to have been caused by a steam train, though the exact circumstances are not yet known.
Crews from York are tackling a fire at Flaxton, while officers from Scarborough and Sherburn are putting out flames near the track at Sherburn.
The fires, believed to involve track-side vegetation, are causing disruption along the route and busses are currently being laid on
