FORMER York beauty queen Georgia Horsley is scenting the sweet smell of international success.
The former Miss York, from Norton, has been handpicked from hundreds of entrants to reach the final 17 in the UK heats to be the new face of Elite perfume.
Next Wednesday, Georgia will travel down to London to take part in a day-long audition at a private club with each finalist modelling black swimwear and having an interview with a panel of judges.
The winner will go to the international finals being held in Dubai in January.
If Georgia were to win the overall contest it would mean her securing a two-year international modelling contract with Elite travelling around the globe.
She said: "I am nervous, but very excited about the whole thing."
