YORK company Flying Ducks Youth Theatre will stage the American musical Grease at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre, York, from April 10 to 12.

Flying Ducks also will host a 1950s dance and Grease night at the De Grey Rooms, St. Leonard’s Place, York, on March 15 from 7.30pm to 11pm. The dance will be preceded by a free dance lesson from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, but numbers are limited, so booking in advance is necessary.
Tickets for the dance cost £25 per couple and are on sale at flyingducksyouththeatre.com. 1950s dress is optional.
