Ricky Wilson has revealed he will return to The Voice panel next year - as long as fellow coach Kylie Minogue returns.

The Kaiser Chiefs frontman and the pop princess joined the BBC talent show as new judges together this year.

But Kylie recently told The Sun she will not be back in her spinning chair in 2015 as filming for the show clashes with her tour.

And now Ricky has told the paper Kylie was one of his reasons for signing up to the show.

He said: "We have known each other for such a long time. She is one of the reasons why I did it and one of the reasons why I'd stay. People like the show - they like the chemistry."

Kylie and Ricky joined Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am on the panel for the third series of The Voice UK, replacing Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue.

Kylie only signed a one-year deal for the show and is going on tour for three months in September - which clashes with the start of filming for series four Voice blind auditions in November.

BBC bosses are reportedly so keen to get her back for another series they are considering changing the schedule for her. But Kylie has said she still needs to "think about it really seriously".
